Well everyone.. its happening again... Were MOVING!
UGH!
Have I ever mentioned that I hate moving? I hate it. I truly hate it. I hate packing. I hate unpacking. I hate the mess. I hate everything about it. But I guess sometimes it has to happen. It probably seems kind of sudden.. but its been in the works for a while now.
REASON: My darling husband has started school again! Yay! I am so very proud of him! He is officially a full time student at Steven Henegar College, majoring in Business Administration. :) And he is just so excited about it. We had been brainstorming for a veeery long time trying to decide what he WANTS to do. I told him I didn't care what we needed to do to make it happen, I wanted him to figure out what he wanted to do and work toward something he will love. Business is Darren's passion and he's loving his school work. (As much as you CAN love school work anyways) :) He has been taking classes online for a little while now but we want him to be able to go to a campus and interact with his professors. SO..
MASTER PLAN: Our apartment lease is up the end of this month and the management gave us two options. Either sign a new lease, minimum 10 months, or go month to month and pay an EXTRA hundred bucks a month! Can you believe it? That would be close to a thousand bucks a month for a ONE bedroom! No thank you! So we are packing up our few possessions and moving over to a neighborhood on the other side of town. Darren's parents have a home out there and we'll be staying there till the end of the year at least. We will still be attending our ward though, thank goodness. Which means at least another month of friends, fun, and volleyball Fridays :) I'm not at all ready to say goodbye yet. So we'll stay there and save that rent money, which will be super nice, then we'll pack up again and be heading to LOGAN, UT!
I am so bummed to be moving again.. its always hard for me to move. And its especially hard this time around because we have made so many great friends here who we will miss very much. Its going to be tough making the transition, it always is, but I know its going to be worth it. We knew at the beginning of the year that we were supposed to come to WY, and we were very blessed for doing so. We have made a lot of friends and memories that we'll cherish forever. But now we feel we need to be in Logan, so that is where we are headed. I am actually very excited to be going back to Logan. We both are. That is where Darren and I met and we just love it over there. The temple, the stores, the food, the mountains, the camping, the dancing, the closeness to our favorite recreation spots... and of course now Darren's school :) We are so excited to be moving back. We have been job searching over there and will hopefully be hearing from our preferred prospect today. *Fingers Crossed* Then once we have a job lined out we will find an apartment and get things situated.
This week is going to be a crazy one! I will post an update on everything in a few days. :)
